I hope this is the right place for this.

I am considering a career change to this line of work however,  I would like some input from the professionals first.

I am married with two young children ages 2 and 3.  My wife and I are both considering Teaching ESL overseas however are wondering if it is practical to do with kids this age or maybe in about 4 years when they both are school age.
I think it would be good to give them the cultural exposure but know little about the life style.
Any honest feedback with regard to this would be great.
