Scatter your flashcards on the ground.  Choose one student at a time to participate.  As you call out words students put one foot, then the other, then one hand, the other and then finally their head on the fashcards being called.

You can have students call out the words, make sentences, have more than one student play at once (like real twister).

Some classes love it, others are too shy.
