Shih Chien University (Taipei, Taiwan) will hold the International Conference on English Education on April 26-27, 2008.  The conference theme for 2008 is English for Specific Purposes (ESP): Theory into Practice.  There will be keynote speeches held by invited speakers, such as Dr. Peter Master, Dr. Vijay Bhatia, Dr. Thomas Orr, and Dr. William Rozycki.  The brief introduction of invited speakers can be viewed at the following websites:
