ii. In addition, users who sign up for our Forum must activate their account within 1 month. Users who sign up but never access their account are liable to have their account suspended if subsequently their account appears to support SPAM in any form.

7. Illegal Accessing
Users who try to or succeed in accessing another's account without permission, and/or interfere with the operation of the Forum or Software or Website will be banned permanently.
